ScorchedValley generally does not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once they have been shipped, however I understand that mistakes can happen.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within the first 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. If an item has been shipped and needs to be refunded, we cannot process the refund until the item is received back at our facility.
