Processing Times
Please allow 3-7 days for your order to be shipped. All ScorchedValley jewellery is hand-crafted, packaged, processed and shipped by me, due to this please remember to be kind and patient whilst I prepare and send off your order.
Shipping Delivery
All orders are sent out via Australia Post with standard shipping.
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 4-10 business days.
For international orders, please allow 9-20 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact me within 12 hours of placing your order.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

What Kind of Metal is used
All of our soldered jewellery is crafted from a lead-free, non-toxic metal alloy consisting of 99% tin and 1% copper. Your safety and well-being are important to me.
How to Care for Solder Jewellery
To maintain the beauty of your jewellery, I suggest removing it before swimming, bathing and exercising. It is best to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as oils and perfumes. Solder is resistant to water but with excessive contact it could become tarnished.
A polishing cloth can help keep your jewellery looking bright and shiny, but note that it is very normal for your jewellery to lose a bit of its shine over time.

I've ordered from Scorched Valley a few times over the last year or so, all pieces are great!! Every order has been dispatched within the specified time frame - I love the soft soldered look, and can say confidently that pieces can withstand a good amount of wear with only some mild fading, which is fixed with a cloth polish. The spiked heart necklace I received is exactly to description, affordable and pretty. Hell yeah, Rikki.
